How do I schedule a reservation?
Select RENTALS at the top menu and decide which WaterRush fun you want. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise mentioned. A six-month credit is provided on cancellations with at least 72 hours notice of the scheduled reservation; otherwise, the reservation is void and you do not receive credit. (Special events and holidays require at least 7 days in advance). No credit or partial credit will be provided for returning a kayak/paddle board/boat to the dock before the scheduled return time or if you choose to end your Hydro Flight early. (if you return a kayak/paddle board/boat early, there is no credit for unused time).
How do I hold a reservation?
Half payment is due at the time of the reservation (unless otherwise mentioned) and is NON-REFUNDABLE. In other words, the only way to hold a reservation is to pay for it and show up at WaterRush! ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Contact the office at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled reservation; if not, the reservation is void and you do not receive credit. For special events and holiday weekends, a 7-day advance notice is required to cancel your reservation.
What do I do if I have a reservation and there is bad weather?
If there is inclement weather (storms with high winds, lightning and thunder or any weather the WaterRush team feels will be unsafe) at the time of your reservation and we cancel your outing, you will be contacted and provided a six-month credit. If there is inclement weather during your outing and we call you back to the dock cancelling the outing, you will be provided a partial credit for the time unused. If it is raining (felines and canines) at the lake on the day of your outing, you may contact us at least two (2) hours prior to your reservation and we will provide you with a six-month credit.
What is the security deposit?
A refundable $300 security deposit COULD BE required on all boats/kayaks/paddle boards and must be placed on a valid credit card or cash. If one does damage to a boats/kayaks/paddle boards/equipment, and/or fails to represent any of the items as set out, but not limited to, in the rental agreement, he/she forfeits the $300 security deposit and is responsible for all damage repairs which are payable immediately. For example, one sinks the boat/kayaks or splits a paddle board in two, he/she is required to replace the boat/kayak/paddle board for equal or greater value.
I thought WaterRush was at a resort?
WaterRush started their roots at a Resort at Possum Kingdom Lake and we are very thankful for that - but we had to move on and expand to bigger and better things! We have moved on and are now at The GOLDEN COVE with our own store and running the Bungalows in our own area! The B.E.S.T. sunsets on the lake!
I am staying at the Resort you were in before. How do I rent from you?
